Taken from the recent Kitsuné Maison 8 comp, Slagsmålsklubben drop the melodic indie techno of ‘Brutal Weapons’ backed with ‘Smedby Eyes’. The title track should fare well as a token slab of techno in the Indie discos, balancing the mnml-friendly rhythm with enough Scandinavian melodic goodness and raving house keys to latch onto, while ‘Smedby Eyes’ toughens up a little to sound like it could have come from the Kickboxer stable of tech-house.
